This is a petition for review of a decision of the Board of Tax Appeals. The petitioner is the executor of the estate of Francis Williams, deceased. On February 18, 1926, the decedent, jointly with two others, sold 1,059 shares of the capital stock of the Broad & Market National Bank & Trust Company of Newark, N. J., upon the installment basis.
