On the former appeal this court held the patent in suit, Hopkins No. 1,196,691, valid and infringed by form No. 1 of appellee's device, known in this record as QC form, but not infringed by its Forms 2 and 3, and remanded the cause for an injunction and accounting upon the first form. 41 F.2d 668.
