The appellants sought to intervene and asked for the removal of temporary trustees appointed under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 USCA § 207), for the Ambassador Hotels Corporation, a debtor. Conditions were imposed, in an order of reference to the special master appointed to try the issues raised as to the qualifications of the trustees appointed.
