On July 4, 1933, plaintiff brought this suit on two policies of government insurance, on which premiums had been paid to May, 1932, and August, 1933, respectively, into which on June 1, 1927 he had converted his war risk insurance policy. The claim was that in December, 1930, he had become totally and permanently disabled while his policy was in full force by payment of premiums. Trial to a jury resulted in a verdict and judgment for plaintiff...
