I give to the plaintiff as against the other defendants named an interlocutory decree which will carry costs and which will provide: (1) For the rescission of the loan agreement of April 26, 1932, made between him and the Harriman National Bank & Trust Company, hereinafter referred to as the Harriman Bank...
