After allowing several claims in appellant's application for a patent on electrical switch mechanism, the Primary Examiner of the United States Patent Office rejected claims 1 to 9, inclusive. Upon appeal to the Board of Appeals, the Examiner's decision as to claims 6, 7, and 8 was reversed, and as to the remainder of the claims his decision was affirmed. Appeal has been taken here from the decision of the Board of Appeals as to claims 1, 2...
