After allowing several claims in appellant's application for a patent on electrical switch mechanism, the Primary Examiner of the United States Patent Office rejected claims 1 to 9, inclusive. Upon appeal to the Board of Appeals, the Examiner's decision as to claims 6, 7, and 8 was reversed, and as to the remainder of the claims his decision was affirmed.
