The bankrupt formerly owned a seat on the New York Stock Exchange. The net proceeds of the sale of the seat, $76,000, came into the hands of the trustee in bankruptcy. The firm of Bainbridge & Ryan, in which the bankrupt had been a partner, filed a petition in reclamation claiming that the proceeds of sale belonged to the firm. One of the grounds of claim was that the question of ownership of the seat had been the subject of an arbitration...
