This is an action to recover damages against the defendants, Order of Railway Conductors of America and the Grand Division of the Order of Railway Conductors of America, because of alleged violations of the constitution and statutes by the officers of defendants, and because of certain fraudulent actions alleged on behalf of one Gannon, all of the matters growing out of a strike instituted in 1929 on the Toledo, Peoria & Western Railroad...
