The petitioner, a member of the Bar of New York City, and engaged in general practice, was designated on April 6, 1928, a Special Assistant Attorney General of the State of New York, and continued as such until 1930. He conducted an investigation, and criminal prosecutions followed. The Governor of the State called an extraordinary special and trial term of the Supreme Court for Queens County, N. Y., to inquire into wilful and corrupt misconduct...
