The plaintiff brings this action against the receiver of the First National Bank of Bristow, Okl., seeking recovery of the value of certain securities deposited for safe-keeping in said bank prior to receivership.

The facts, briefly, as stipulated, are that on the 25th day of October, 1924, while said bank was a national banking association with W. W. Groom as president and O. D. Groom as vice president and cashier, the plaintiff deposited...
