This suit is for infringement of claims 7 and 10 of the Sundback slider patent, No. 1,661,144, relating to fastener sliders, granted to plaintiff's assignor on February 28, 1928; application filed January 27, 1925. It is used to mesh and unmesh the interlocking units arranged along the sides of a slide fastener.
