The three patents in suit relate in general to improvements in radio receiving sets. United States patent No. 1,648,808 was primarily directed to a "conductance ratio" arrangement in transformer coupling, but in that aspect several of its claims were litigated, all were found invalid and were subsequently disclaimed. Hazeltine Corporation v. Radio Corporation of America (D. C.)
