Plaintiffs bring this suit against the receiver of the First National Bank of Aurora, seeking to have established their claims as beneficiaries of a trust and to have the same paid out of the trust fund held by the receiver for the benefit of such beneficiaries. This fund was originally in the hands of the state auditor of Illinois and consisted of $50,000 in liberty bonds deposited by the bank, in order to comply with the statute of Illinois...
