The questions raised by these appeals all relate to allowances which the court in charge of a proceeding for the reorganization of Allied Owners Corporation under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 US CA § 207) ordered to be paid to persons engaged in a prior bankruptcy proceeding of that company.
