Appellants, who were members of a policyholders' protective committee, attack the validity of the order of the District Court of December 28, 1933, directing a transfer of the Illinois Life Insurance Company's assets to the Central Life Assurance Society, pursuant to the provisions of a reinsurance contract previously executed.
