Suit was brought by the plaintiff to enjoin the defendant from its patents No. 1,490,560 and 1,513,727 through the use of a lumber drying process and apparatus called a "Cyclspray," allegedly invented by one Frederick W. Rubin, and manufactured and sold to the defendant by the Kiln Supply & Manufacturing Company. The plaintiff's apparatus and process was invented by Arthur E. Krick and is known as a Moistat.
