Kountze Bros., a firm of private bankers, were adjudicated bankrupt on November 12, 1931, and Irving Trust Company was thereafter appointed trustee in bankruptcy. The reclamation petitions of the appellants, with few exceptions, assert claims of municipal corporations for moneys which they had forwarded to Kountze Bros. as their fiscal agents for the purpose of meeting payments of interest or principal upon bond issues.
