Plaintiff (appellee) brought this action to recover damages for the death of Rubin Borshefsky, occasioned by the alleged negligence of defendants (appellants). At the close of the trial by a court and jury, each party moved for a directed verdict in its favor. Both motions were denied, and the cause was submitted to the jury.
