Appellant brought suit to recover damages for personal injuries, alleged to have been caused by the failure of his employer, appellee, to furnish him with a safe place to work and safe and sufficient appliances with which to do the work. Appellee pleaded not guilty, assumption of risk, and negligence of a fellow servant.
