On January 13, 1931, appellee sustained personal injuries when struck by an automobile truck owned and operated by appellant Robert Hind, Limited. On January 26, 1931, in consideration of the sum of $84.50, appellee signed a release, releasing and discharging appellant "from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action, on account of injuries resulting, or to result," from the accident.
