This appeal is from two orders of the District Court entered September 25, 1934, one refusing to permit appellant to withdraw his petition to reclaim certain barrels and to dismiss said petition without prejudice. The other is an order confirming and adopting as the findings of fact and conclusions of law the report of the special master filed August 18, 1934, and confirming and approving the plan of reorganization filed by the Pilsener Brewing...
