The Order of United Commercial Travelers of America filed an interpleader action (subsection 26, section 41, title 28 USCA) on a policy of accident insurance on the life of Ernest H. Meyer (who was killed on May 17, 1933), and paid the full policy proceeds into court. Hattie L.
