Williams sued the Southwestern Gas & Electric Company to recover damages for personal injuries resulting from his coming in contact with an uninsulated electric light wire belonging to that company, while he was engaged in stringing a telephone wire along the rear wall of a building for his employer, the Postal Telegraph-Cable Company.
