J. Aubrey Muir was an employee of appellant. In 1931 he was injured as the result of a collision between a street car and a motorcycle on which he was riding. He elected to accept compensation under the provisions of the District of Columbia Compensation Act and received, in addition to hospital and medical expenses, approximately $3,700.
