This appeal is taken from a decree dismissing a second suit in equity brought by Brooks and McFadden as plaintiffs against the Arkansas-Louisiana Pipe Line Company.

It appears that the pipe line company is the owner by assignment of an oil and gas lease executed by the plaintiffs upon their 264 acres of land in Pope county, Ark, and that while engaged in explorations under that lease it struck...
