This is a proceeding in habeas corpus. The petition was filed in October, 1933, and it was denied on June 9, 1934. These are the facts: The United States Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma committed petitioner to the penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kan., for a term of seven years and he began serving it on March 27, 1926.
