This is an action of trespass to recover damages for the death of Carl G. Abood through the negligent operation of an automobile by the defendant on the Lincoln Highway near Buckstown, Somerset county, Pa. The case was tried before the court and a jury, and a verdict was rendered for the plaintiff in the sum of $5,000. The defendant filed a motion for a new trial, and also a motion for judgment non obstante veredicto, which were overruled...
