Under the will of Frank W. Andrews, which was admitted to probate in the District of Columbia on July 8, 1903, there was devised and bequeathed to his wife during her life the use and income of the residue of his estate. At the death of the wife (November 22, 1914), there was devised and bequeathed the residue of testator's estate (except a few family articles), in trust, during the lives of his two sons, Paul A. Andrews and Walter S. Andrews...
