This is an action at law by J. W. Hanna as receiver of the People's National Bank of Clinton, Mo., against the Merchants' Bank of Kansas City, Mo., to recover the sum of $6,077 which was deducted from the deposit of the People's National Bank by the Merchants' Bank.
