Appellant was convicted upon counts I and III of an indictment containing five counts. The first count charged appellant with having purchased and received, on or about the 21st day of November, 1932, seventy-two nightgowns from one Arthur Reid, knowing that the same had been stolen; that said nightgowns at the time of the theft constituted a part of an interstate shipment in transit over the lines of the Erie Railroad Company from New York...
