This is a suit in equity brought in the District Court of the United States for the District of Maryland by the Pyrites Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, against the Silica Gel Corporation, a Maryland corporation. The bill of complaint was filed on April 17, 1933, and alleged, in substance, that the plaintiff was a creditor of the defendant corporation on an unsecured claim, in the nature of an open account, in the amount of $25,626...
