The proceeding below was by bill in equity to compel the appellant receiver to pay the Missouri State Life Insurance Company the 67 per cent. dividend accorded to other creditors upon two certificates of deposit totaling $500,000, issued by the National Bank of Kentucky as of August 21, 1930.
