The appeal is based upon the court's alleged errors in (1) proceeding with the hearing before appellee had filed an answer; (2) refusing to grant petitioning creditors' motions for a continuance; (3) failing to find that appellee was guilty of the alleged acts of bankruptcy; (4) finding that there was no evidence...
