These appeals are from a single order of the District Court confirming an order of the referee which disallowed claims filed by the three appellants against the bankrupt estate of West Virginia-Kentucky Hardware and Supply Company, a corporation, which was adjudicated bankrupt on July 26, 1932, upon its voluntary petition filed that day.
