The appellant is a corporation, Wieser Products Corporation, formally separate from the bankrupt, though closely connected with it, financially and commercially, in various ways not necessary to set forth in detail. The receiver of the bankrupt moved in the District Court to compel this corporation to turn over all its assets, on the ground that the two companies were in fact one.
