Swett, charges that decedent met his death in an automobile collision in the province of Ontario, Canada, and sets out the statute of such province, which provides that, where the death of a person has been caused by such wrongful act, neglect, or default, as, if death had not ensued, would have entitled the person injured to maintain an action...
