This is one of a series of test cases brought by claimants under a Mexican title against those in possession under a Texas title to lands on the Texas bank of the Rio Grande. The Mexican title is based on a libel filed by one Urias in 1926, a decree adjudicating the property to be vacant, and an act of sale to Urias culminating August 31, 1927, all, as plaintiff claims, according to the provisions of the Civil Code of the state of Chihuahua...
