This appeal involves the right of the receiver of the Mechanics' Bank, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Connecticut, to certain United States bonds deposited by it with the New Haven Bank, N. B. A., in order that it might qualify as a depository for funds of bankruptcy estates.
