This was an action brought by the appellee in July, 1932, on a war risk insurance policy issued in June, 1918, and which, by the discontinuance of the payment of premiums, ceased to be in force in August, 1918. There was judgment in favor of the appellee following the denial of a motion to direct a verdict against him.
