This is an appeal from an order of the District Court reversing an order of the referee in bankruptcy which required appellee to turn over to appellant certain alleged assets of the bankrupt Lincoln Trust Company. Appellant, trustee in bankruptcy, filed with the referee his petition for an order requiring appellee to turn over to appellant the sum of $1,947.75, alleging that it was an asset of the bankrupt estate, of which the trustee was entitled...
