The plaintiffs in this action are seeking to enjoin the defendant Babb, as treasurer of Clark county, Ind., from levying and collecting taxes upon their property located in Clark county, Ind. The property which plaintiffs claim is exempt from taxation is that part of the bridge within the state of Indiana connecting the cities of Louisville, Ky., and Jeffersonville, Ind., together with an executive office building, tollhouses, tools, etc...
