This is an action at law to recover on a fidelity bond issued by appellant insuring appellee against loss sustained through the fraud, dishonesty, or embezzlement of its employees. It is alleged that one Bunker, an employee of the appellee, while in its employ, through fraud, dishonesty, and embezzlement, caused loss to appellee in the sum of $18,232.17.
