Appellant, a licensed and practicing physician at Oklahoma City, duly registered with the collector of internal revenue for the district of Oklahoma, was prosecuted under the Harrison Anti-Narcotic Act, as amended. 26 USCA § 696. The indictment contained eleven counts.
