This is an appeal by the receiver of an insolvent state bank from a turnover order, entered summarily in the bankruptcy proceedings relating to the bankruptcy of one R. R. Smith. The order directed the receiver of the insolvent bank to pay to the trustee in bankruptcy of Smith the amount of funds belonging to the bankrupt estate which had been deposited in the bank by the trustee in bankruptcy prior to the receivership.
