This is a suit to recover alleged excessive interest paid on a government loan for reconstruction of one of the plaintiff company's vessels.

On June 15, 1933, a hearing was had on the demurrer of the government to the declaration filed in this case. As a result of this hearing, this court overruled the demurrer for the reasons set forth in the court's oral opinion, and only two questions were left for decision on the merits...
