These three separate suits at law have, by stipulation of counsel, been tried together under written waiver of jury trial. There is a question common to them all, the decision of which controls the verdict. Each of the defendants concedes a liability in some amount to the plaintiff but the plaintiff is suing for a much larger sum from each than the amounts respectively admitted. The question of liability for the larger amount does not depend...
