The use-plaintiffs are the Pen Mar Company and the receivers of the Universal Gypsum & Lime Company, who sue to recover for materials furnished in and about the construction of certain buildings for the United States Veterans' Hospital at Perry Point, Maryland (to the value of about $2,000), which was being constructed on a contract between the Government...
