This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office, affirming the decision of the Examiner, rejecting, for want of invention over the prior art, claims 28 to 46, inclusive, and claim 53 of appellant's application, filed March 17, 1928. In the brief of appellant before us the appeal as to claim 53 is withdrawn and therefore the appeal as to said claim will be dismissed, so that there remain for disposition...
