Plaintiff brought this bill in equity to enjoin defendant from enforcing a judgment of $80,500, in any amount in excess of $14,918.13; in effect, to reduce the judgment to $14,918.13. The judgment had been recovered by defendant against plaintiff on May 1, 1929, in an action at law in this court for breach of a salary contract.
