The trustees of the Petroleum Royalties Company, a trust estate, conveyed all its assets to the Petroleum Royalties Company of Oklahoma, a Delaware corporation, and thereafter many of the shareholders in the trust exchanged their stock for the stock of the corporation. The transfer of the assets was set aside and restoration made to the trust estate. See Booth v. Greer Investment Co. (D. C.) 52 F.2d 857
